VISION / MISSION

To devote our financial resources to people living in rural communities such as farmers, employees (government & private), pensioners, small businessmen, barangay officials, and even those rural folks incapable of providing collateral or viable co-makers, in our micro-finance program.

GOAL

To break through the 1 billion mark in resources by the end of 2002.
