COLD
PROCESS RETREADS
Ramtread
is renowned for its Cold Process Retreads - a nine step
procedure that begins with frayed tires and ends in retreads
that are good as new. First, the tires are inspected to
check the service needed, then they are buffed or scraped
and rebuilt. After which tires are cured in an autoclave
and then the final inspection which involves a strict Quality
Control test to check the final product.

QUALITY
CONTROL
This
commitment to quality is manifested in the strict quality
control applied on Ramtread retreads. We conduct regular
tests on all batches of rubber compounds for elasticity,
stretch, tensile strength and hardness. We also do regular
tread and road testing.
